We offer a 7 day return policy on items that are received damaged due to carrier mishandling.
All other items are covered under a 14 day return policy.
The item must be returned in the condition in which it was sold/received. Any packaging that has been opened, will result in a 50% refund of purchase.
If the item is apparel, the tags must remain attached to receive a refund.
If there is a dispute on items received (i.e Wrong item received), we will request photos from you in order to research and correct the issue.
